Jan started in the real estate business in 2004 working as a General Manager for a real estate company. Prior to her career in real estate she was the Collection Division Director for the State of NH Department of Revenue, she worked for the State of NH for 17 years. Most of Jan\'s work experience included management and supervisory positions. After working in the real estate business she realized that her desire was to own her own company.
In May of 2005, JAN opened RE/MAX Intentions and skyrocketed to the highest sales in this area within her first year in business. In 2008, the real estate market substantially changed and with that change, it was wise to evaluate our business. Jan spent most of my time doing \"back office\" work instead of what she desired which was spending more time selling real estate.
In August of 2009, Jan met Michael Bean and decided that the Bean Group became an exciting prospect. They offer the technology tools that Jan has always believed in. Jan\'s personal goal has always been to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate along with satisfying the needs of her clients to the best of her ability. \"With the web presence of Bean Group, my seller\'s properties have wonderful exposure and my buyers can find their dream homes working with \'My Bean\'. In her spare time Jan enjoys spending time with her three great kids. Her son Jordan, step-daughter Jordan and daughter Jessica, her daughter whom has just bought her own home at the age of 21! Mark Seavey, who is her partner in life and business, keep busy with the kids but also enjoy time with family members, friends, our dogs, reading, cooking, home projects, traveling and vacationing in Florida.
